1. Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?

Travel fees are not included and may vary based on location. I am located in Connecticut, but I also travel out of state to capture your special moment.

2. Can I customize a photography package to fit all my needs & do you offer add-ons?

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Reschedule requests should be made at least 5 days in advance and are subject to availability. If you need to cancel your session, please note that the booking fee is non-refundable and will serve as the cancellation fee.

4. How long till I receive the final photos?

Every package has its own gallery delivery time frame. Galleries take at least a week to be edited and delivered. You can opt in for priority editing to get your photos sooner.

1. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your session date and time. This fee goes toward your total balance and confirms your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session, before or at the time of shooting.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel your session, the booking fee is non-refundable and will serve as the cancellation fee.

Reschedule requests must be made at least 5 days in advance and are subject to availability. Requests made after that timeframe may include an additional fee.

If I ever need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

3. Image Use Permission

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, clients give permission for images from their session to be used in my portfolio, website, social media, and other promotional materials. If you prefer privacy, please let me know prior to booking your session.

4. Late Arrival

I offer a 7-minute grace period for all sessions. After that, a late fee may apply. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your session may be canceled, and a new booking fee will be required to reschedule.
